I am 5’3”, and a size 16/17 and this dress fits me absolutely perfect. The length is just right for my heels!

I worry more about fit when I buy online. I have a large middle section. BUT, this fits very nicely!! The material is very nice. It is soft and somewhat silky but not too thin. More of a warm weather dress. I will buy again soon!
