I bought this dress in leopard print for an upcoming trip to Vegas and I\'m so glad I did! After reading reviews and the size chart I purchased a Medium and it fits perfectly! For reference I am 5\'4 and 155lbs with a 36D chest and normally wear a med. or large. It\'s very comfortable and not too tight anywhere. I highly recommend it!

So yes, it is pretty true to size. I\'m a little under 5ft, and I\'m 130 pounds, I got the medium. The chest area was a little snug. It will vary on your chest size. The middle was snug, but comfortable. The material is extremely nice. I highly recommend .
